Our space will accommodate no more than 50 fold out chairs beautifully. Our guest capacity is 50.
Rental item(s) are to be used only at ThreeTwoOne Events for the purpose of the scheduled event.
Rental item(s) must be used as intended and treated with care.
Decorations, adhesives, or other modifications to the items are not permitted without prior written approval.
Renter agrees to inspect all items upon receipt and report any damages or missing items immediately.
Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period.
If items are returned damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the Renter.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 10 days before event date.
Cancellations made less than 10 days will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
Rental item(s) will be delivered/set up at our celebration space by at the agreed-upon event time. The renter is in charge of placing rental item(s) per the preference.
Rental item(s) must be returned in their original condition
ThreeTwoOne is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of the rental items. Renter assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all items.
